Conduct hands-on software testing in both lab and shipboard environments to ensure systems perform as expected Troubleshoot bugs and system issues alongside developers and engineers to improve overall performance and reliability Assist with integrating applications, operating systems (Linux/Unix), and hardware components into a unified training system Participate in requirements reviews and design discussions to understand expected functionality before testing begins Support system installs, validation, and verification efforts during deployments (up to ~10% travel) Work cross-functionally with software, systems, and integration teams to ensure the system is mission-ready Help ensure the overall system is stable, reliable, and ready for end-user training operations
