Seeking a full-time remote Software Quality Assurance Analyst, the successful candidate will manage ongoing functional testing for web-based applications, create detailed test plans, and report defects while collaborating with team members to enhance product quality.Key responsibilities:Conduct ongoing functional testing of enhancements and defects for web-based applications and document production softwareAssume ownership of testing for multiple customer projects and create detailed test plans and test casesReport, track, and analyze defects while communicating progress to management and providing 2nd tier customer support as neededRequired qualifications:2+ years of experience in software quality assuranceProven capability in test planning, test case creation, and documentationStrong communication skills to convey concepts and updates to various personnelAbility to work independently and collaboratively across teamsFamiliarity with the Waterfall development concept
