To ensure software quality standards are met, the full-time Senior Test Automation Engineer will create and maintain test scripts, coordinate testing activities with developers and functional analysts, and manage testing artifacts in a remote environment.Key responsibilitiesCoordinate with developers and functional analysts to create test plans and scripts in compliance with VA testing documentation standardsLead continuous integration and performance testing events while managing and tracking testing artifacts using GitHub and JiraIdentify and document defects, monitor defect reports, and execute both manual and automated test scriptsRequired qualificationsBachelor's degree in computer science, electronics engineering, or a related technical discipline10+ years of relevant experience in manual and automation testingExperience in developing test plans and procedures, and managing defect databasesProficiency in developing test automation scripts using scripting languages such as Python or JavaScriptEligibility for a Security Clearance / Public Trust and U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent residency
