Job Summary
This role delivers complete solutions spanning all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). It involves advising management on project-level issues, guiding junior engineers, operating with little supervision, and applying knowledge of technical best practices.
Essential Responsibilities
- Deliver complete solutions spanning all phases of the SDLC (design, implementation, testing, delivery, and operations) based on definitions from more senior roles.
- Advise immediate management on project-level issues.
- Guide junior engineers.
- Operate with little day-to-day supervision, making technical decisions based on knowledge of internal conventions and industry best practices.
- Apply knowledge of technical best practices in decision-making.
Minimum Qualifications
- 3+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree, OR any equivalent combination of education and experience.

What You Will Do
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts for Android and iOS applications.
- Build and optimize mobile testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.
- Perform functional, regression, and performance testing using automation tools.
- Identify, analyze, and report bugs, ensuring comprehensive test coverage.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define quality standards and best practices.
About You
- Proven experience in mobile app automation for Android and iOS platforms.
- Proficiency in testing frameworks such as Appium, Espresso, and XCTest.
- Strong programming skills in Python, NodeJS, Kotlin, or Swift.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Location & Compensation
San Jose, California: ($143,500 - $212,850). Additional compensation may include an annual performance bonus, equity, or other incentive compensation as applicable.
