Job Description

Job Title : Senior Performance QA Engineer - JMeter, Groovy, BeanShell

Job Type : W2/C2C

Experience : 7-11 years

Location : San Jose, California (On-Site)

Responsibilities

• 6+ years of experience in performance testing using JMeter, BlazeMeter, and NeoLoad.
• Strong understanding of performance testing concepts like load, stress, and endurance testing.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Java, Python, or Groovy.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
• Familiarity with APM tools like New Relic, Dynatrace, or AppDynamics, Splunk, Catchpoint
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Design, develop, and maintain performance test scripts using JMeter- Bean shell and Groovy
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and QA teams to define performance test strategies.
• Conduct load, stress, endurance, and scalability testing for applications and APIs.
• Identify performance bottlenecks, analyze root causes, and provide recommendations.
• Develop and maintain test automation frameworks and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines.
• Work with tools like JMeter, Gatling, and other performance testing tools.
• Monitor system performance and generate detailed test reports for stakeholders.
• Continuously improve performance test processes and automation efficiency.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
