As an SDET (Software Development Engineer in Test) Manager, you will lead IntelliSPEC’s Quality Engineering function and ensure our platform ships with predictable quality, reliability, and performance. This role blends hands-on technical leadership with people management, building test automation systems, quality practices, and engineering standards that scale across teams and value streams.
You will operate at the intersection of engineering execution, DevOps, and security, embedding quality into every stage of the software delivery lifecycle while enabling fast, safe, and confident releases.
You will join IntelliSPEC’s Product and Technology organization, working closely with Engineering, Product Management, Architecture, DevOps, Security, and Operations leaders. The environment is execution-focused and built around solving complex industrial problems at scale, including offline-first mobile workflows, safety-critical systems, and compliance-driven delivery.
