Job Title: Sr. Salesforce SDET (FSC)
Location: Washington, DC
Duration: Long Term
Hybrid Onsite: 4 days per week from Day 1, with a full transition to 100% onsite anticipated soon
Job Description: - Test Strategy & Execution: Create detailed test plans, scenarios, and scripts (manual and automated) for Salesforce modules like Service Cloud.
- Validation: Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing, including verifying Apex code, Visualforce pages, and Lightning components.
- Defect Management: Log, track, and retest bugs using tools like JIRA, TestRail, or Client ALM.
- Automation: Develop and maintain automated scripts using tools such as Selenium, Provar, or Tosca.
- Data & Security: Validate data migration, user roles, profiles, and sharing settings.
- Collaboration: Work with developers and stakeholders in Agile/Scrum environments.
Required Skills and Qualifications - Salesforce Knowledge: Understanding of Salesforce configuration, customization, and security models.
- Testing Tools: Proficiency in Selenium, Provar, or similar tools.
- Technical Skills: Experience with API testing and scripting languages like Python or Java.
- Experience: Proven experience in QA and testing within Salesforce environments.
