Translate program technical and contractual requirements into SQE priorities and deliverables; align SQE execution with program schedules and budgets. Define and implement SQE processes, checklists, and metrics to verify software compliance, reliability, and safety on assigned programs. Provide approval and oversight of technical approaches, software verification strategies, and software quality artifacts.
