You will partner closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to define acceptance criteria and ensure timely, reliable releases. This role supports onsite or hybrid collaboration and coordinates with distributed/offshore teams to align testing efforts.Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the Team Become an expert in assigned product areas and define quality expectations with cross-functional stakeholdersDesign, document, and execute comprehensive test strategies for new features and regression coveragePerform hands-on testing of modern web applications: functional, integration, regression, and smoke testingSupport multiple release cycles per week and take end-to-end ownership of testing and release readinessCoordinate testing activities with offshore and distributed teams to ensure alignment and timely executionImprove software delivery processes and share best practices to raise the overall quality barHere's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This Role 5+ years testing modern web applications with hands-on expertise in functional, integration, and regression testingExperience testing AI/ML-powered features, including validating model outputs and edge-case handlingSolid understanding of modern testing practices across the software development lifecycle and experience in Agile environmentsProven ability to create, document, and maintain pragmatic, scalable test strategiesExperience coordinating with offshore teams and communicating across time zonesStrong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to report quality status to technical and nontechnical stakeholdersBachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experienceExperience with CI tools (e.g., Jenkins) and collaboration tools such as Jira and SlackHere's What Else Might Help You Out Experience building and maintaining automated end-to-end test coverage for web applications (for example, Playwright)Hands-on experience testing API-based applications and backend API testingExperience leading or mentoring other Quality EngineersPay Range $37.75 - $47.18/hourReady to Make Your Mark?
