To support the sustainment and modernization of Air Force human resources systems, the full-time remote Quality Assurance Tester will lead the design and execution of test processes, develop automated and manual test cases, and analyze results to enhance system performance.Key responsibilities:Lead the design, execution, and maintenance of complex test processes to ensure system functionality aligns with client specificationsDevelop and execute automated and manual test cases for software components, modules, and subsystemsCollaborate with development teams to implement Test-Driven Development (TDD) practices and document test resultsRequired qualifications:6+ years of hands-on quality assurance testing experienceProficiency with test automation tools such as ALM Octane, Selenium, and LoadRunnerStrong understanding of Agile software development methodologies and toolsBachelor's degree (preferred) or equivalent experience in software quality assuranceMUST be able to pass a US Government background investigation
