Our service and solution delivery starts with understanding each client's end-state, and then seamlessly integrating within each Agency's organization to improve and enhance business and technical operations and deployments.(Military Veterans are highly encouraged to apply)Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced QA Specialist to join our DOJ team as we continue providing support to modification projects upgrading, working sites and enhancing our capabilities.ResponsibilitiesOversee all aspects of quality assurance on the contractActs as POC/SME for all aspects of quality assurance with clients and vendorsDevelops QA processes and proceduresCreates test plans and test casesDesign and develop scriptsTrack and maintain QA database (or gov't required tracking mechanism) for all bugs/issuesMonitors debugging processObtain, track, and analyze quality assurance metricsImplement and perform QA tasks in compliance with ISO, CMMI, or other QA methodologiesRequired Minimum Qualifications2+ years' with NMCI Business Process and RulesActive TS clearanceExpert in MS Excel and MS ProjectNET v6 or higher experience preferredNMCI-ACTR experience preferred10+ years within ITDoD Top Secret ClearanceBachelor's degree in IT, Management, or related fieldCSM CertificationExperience with ISO CMMI, or other QA modelsIn addition, U.S Citizenship is required. Select applicants will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information and be able to obtain a government-granted security clearance.
