If youre a solutions-driven, passionate change-maker, come join us in positively impacting the lives of millions of people world-wide for a better future./ph3Scope Of Work/h3pThe Quality Assurance Intern will assist the Deputy Director of Programs in coordination with the Program Managers at the Tucson and Phoenix office of the International Rescue Committee (IRC) in maintaining compliance with grant requirements and organizational policies. This internship supports data tracking and program improvement initiatives within a nonprofit, providing hands-on experience in quality assurance while maintaining data accuracy and ensuring compliance with grant requirements./ph3Responsibilities/h3p Data Management: Assist in maintaining accurate records for grant compliance and assist in updating compliance-related documentation./pp Quality Assurance Support: Assist in implementing quality assurance systems and tools and assist in preparing for audits and compliance reviews./pp Client Feedback: Assist in collecting and summarizing client feedback to enhance service quality through grievances and identify areas of improvement/pp Administrative Support: Assist with filing client documentation and identifying gaps in services using internal tracking tools Other duties as assigned./ph3Learning Outcomes/h3pLearning and Development:/pulliGain practical experience in quality assurance and nonprofit compliance./liliLearn database management and tracking skills./li/ulpTeam Collaboration:/pulliSupport program teams in achieving quality improvement goals./liliContribute to a positive team environment./li/ulpSkill Development:/pulliImprove attention to detail and organizational skills./liliEnhance communication skills through hands-on experience./li/ulh3Requirements/h3pMinimum Qualifications:/pulliMicrosoft Excel, data entry and other record keeping experience./liliInterested in nonprofit management and quality assurance./liliStrong attention to detail and organizational skills./liliEffective communication skills, both written and verbal./liliAbility to work collaboratively in a diverse team environment./liliDatabase administration skills preferred but not necessary./liliPrior experience and interest working with refugees and immigrants or knowledge in quality assurance preferred but not necessary/li/ulpThis position reports to the Meheria Habibi IRC leading the way from harm to home./ppIRC is an Equal Opportunity Employer IRC considers all applicants on the basis of merit without regard to race, sex, color, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status or disability/p/div
