This ideal candidate will be responsible for contributing to the delivery of software solutions to the largest business service franchise network in the world. This position reports to the Business Analyst / Quality Assurance Manager. The Senior Quality Assurance Analyst’s role is to develop and establish quality assurance standards and measures, apply proven methods to develop and design appropriate test strategies and take a lead role in the development and implementation of test automation on large projects.
This individual will work closely with Business Analysts in support of documenting system requirements. This includes creating test plans, test procedures, test automation scripts and requirements traceability documentation to ensure that systems are built to specification.
The Senior Quality Assurance Analyst is responsible for mentoring the QA team, improving processes and procedures exercised during QA efforts, maintaining good working relationships with non-technical clients, and providing guidance, leadership and visibility on QA team projects and initiatives

Education and/or Experience: BS degree in Computer Science/MS is preferred.
BS-Computer Science, MS preferred
C# scripted testing-TestComplete or Visual Studio
