Position Quality Assurance Analyst – Level IINavaide is seeking a senior Quality Assurance Analyst to lead testing strategy and quality assurance activities on a Department of Defense contract. The candidate will own the testing framework, mentor junior QA resources, and coordinate cross-workstream testing activities to ensure comprehensive coverage across functional and technical domains.Key Responsibilities & Duties Lead the development and execution of the program test strategy, test plans, and test approach documentationOversee functional, integration, regression, performance, and UAT testing activities across all workstreamsMentor and direct junior QA analysts on testing methodology, documentation standards, and defect managementCoordinate with functional SMEs, developers, and Basis team to ensure test environment stability and data readinessDrive defect triage and resolution coordination, escalating critical issues to program leadershipDevelop and maintain quality metrics, testing dashboards, and go‑live readiness reportsSupport audit readiness activities by maintaining comprehensive testing evidence and traceability matricesRequired Qualifications Minimum 7 years of QA or software testing experience with at least 3 years in a lead or senior testing roleExperience leading test strategy development and managing testing teams on large-scale ERP programsDeep familiarity with defect lifecycle management and testing governance in DoD or federal environmentsExperience with automated and manual testing methodologiesEligibility for and willingness to obtain security clearancePreferred Qualifications Navy ERP or DoD ERP senior QA experienceSAP Solution Manager or Cloud ALM test management experienceFISCAM or audit readiness testing experienceExperience leading testing on S/4HANA programsCertifications ISTQB Advanced Level Test Manager preferredSAP testing certifications a plusEducation Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, related field, or comparable work experienceWhat We Offer Competitive compensation: $110,000 – $160,000 per year (commensurate with experience)Comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverageFlexible time offProfessional development opportunitiesCompany perks such as flex spending, wellness initiatives, etc.401(K) matchingAbout Our Culture Navaide honors integrity, curiosity, diligence, and collaboration in everything we do.
