Responsibilities:
  • Lead QA initiatives across API and backend testing, ensuring high-quality delivery through strong technical guidance and clear quality standards.

  • Design and execute API test strategies and oversee implementation across the team to guarantee reliability, performance, and coverage.
  • Drive the adoption and improvement of automated test frameworks, integrating test suites into CI/CD pipelines to accelerate delivery.
  • Mentor and coach junior and mid-level QA engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning, ownership, and technical excellence.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, DevOps, and Product leaders to define quality-driven processes and shift-left testing practices.
  • Coordinate test planning, execution, and reporting for cross-functional initiatives, ensuring transparent communication of quality metrics and risks.
  • Oversee defect management, prioritization, and resolution, ensuring alignment with business impact and release timelines.
  • Promote best practices in API testing, automation, documentation, and observability, strengthening team maturity and testing efficiency.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives in testing tools, infrastructure, and workflows to enhance operational reliability and testing scalability.
