Experience in core performance testing is a must. This role will be mix of hands on and lead activities, so person need hands on experience. Performance testing experience in any standard tool is fine. It doesn't have to be CA DevTest. Along with performance if the candidate has experience and knowledge about Infra testing then it will be added advantage.
