We are looking for a Senior SDET:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior SDET to support a strategic Model Builder Migration Tooling initiative focused on AI-enabled modernization, workflow automation, and migration acceleration across enterprise platforms. This role will partner closely with Engineering, Product, AI/ML, Platform, and Architecture teams to ensure the quality, reliability, and scalability of migration tooling and AI-assisted workflows.

Responsibilities:
  • Design, build, and maintain automated test frameworks for migration tooling and AI-assisted workflows
  • Validate source-to-target migration accuracy across models, configurations, metadata, and orchestration pipelines
  • Develop automated validation strategies for:
    • Transformation logic
    • Mapping rules
    • Data integrity
    • Model configuration consistency
    • Workflow orchestration
  • Partner with Engineering and Product teams to identify migration edge cases, failure scenarios, rollback validation, and reconciliation requirements
  • Build API, integration, UI, and backend automation test suites supporting migration platforms
  • Validate AI-generated outputs and workflow recommendations using human-in-the-loop validation strategies
  • Create scalable regression suites to support repeated migration cycles and platform releases
  • Support CI/CD integration and automated quality gates across deployment pipelines
  • Perform database and data validation testing to ensure migration accuracy and auditability
  • Collaborate with AI/ML and platform teams to validate model lifecycle processes, tooling behavior, and orchestration performance
  • Identify opportunities to improve automation coverage, tooling efficiency, and overall migration reliability
  • Participate in root cause analysis, defect triage, and continuous process improvement initiatives
  • Ensure governance, security, compliance, and access controls are validated throughout migration workflows
Requirements:
  • 5 years of experience as an SDET, Automation Engineer, or Software Quality Engineer
  • Strong hands-on experience with automation frameworks and test architecture
  • Proficiency in one or more programming languages: Python, Java, JavaScript / TypeScript
  • Experience with API automation and integration testing
  • Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
  • Experience testing enterprise migration or modernization initiatives
  • Experience validating data mappings, transformations, reconciliation logic, and workflow orchestration
  • Strong SQL and database validation experience
  • Experience working within Agile/Scrum development environments
  • Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and debugging skills
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience supporting AI/ML-enabled applications or AI-assisted workflows
  • Exposure to model lifecycle management, migration tooling, or developer productivity platforms
  • Experience validating AI-generated outputs or prompt-driven workflows
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP
  • Experience with Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, Postman, REST Assured
  • Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies
  • Experience with large-scale enterprise transformation or platform modernization programs
  • Understanding of governance, auditability, and human-in-the-loop AI validation principles
