Lead SDET (Software Development Engineer in Test)
Hybrid – Must be within driving distance of a major office hub (PA, TX or CA)
We’re looking for a Lead SDET to drive test strategy, automation frameworks, and quality engineering across mobile, web, and desktop platforms. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in fast-moving, cross-functional product teams and believes in building quality into every stage of the SDLC.
What You’ll Do
Design and build scalable test automation frameworks
Lead end-to-end quality strategy for complex applications
Partner with engineering, product, and design teams
Troubleshoot and resolve issues across mobile and web platforms
Drive CI/CD test automation and deployment confidence
Mentor and coach engineers on quality best practices
Document processes and continuously improve workflows
What We’re Looking For
5+ years in software development or test automation roles
Strong experience with mobile application testing
Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript
Strong understanding of TDD, BDD, and modern testing patterns
Experience with CI/CD and continuous integration
Excellent communicator and team leader
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Nice to Have
GitHub Actions or pipeline-as-code experience
LambdaTest, TestRail, or similar tools
Data-driven testing experience
Mobile automation frameworks
