We are seeking a Head of Software Quality to define and lead the strategy for software quality across Apex Legends. This is a critical leadership role responsible for transforming how quality is built, measured, and delivered across a fast-paced, live service development environment.
You will lead the evolution of quality from a validation function into a proactive, technology-enabled discipline, fully integrated into development and live operations. Partnering closely with Quality Engineering (QE), development, and central EA teams, you will ensure that quality is engineered into the product, enabling rapid iteration without compromising player experience.
You will report to the Head of Apex QV and be a key member of the Apex quality leadership team.
Execution & Live Operations * Own the execution of software quality initiatives across Apex Legends, aligned to seasonal releases, live updates, and rapid patch cycles.
Leadership & Organization * Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing organization spanning Quality Verification and Software Quality disciplines.
Partnership & Influence * Act as a strategic partner to Apex development leadership, ensuring quality is a core pillar of execution and live service success.
Nice to Have * Experience in live service games or large-scale online platforms.
