100% Remote Business Analyst / QA Tester

Summit Human Capital is seeking a highly motivated 100% Remote Business Analyst / QA Tester to support an enterprise client of ours. This position offers the opportunity to work on advanced data-driven applications, including Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning initiatives. The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:Required:3+ years of professional experience in QA Testing and Business Analysis1+ year of experience as a Business Analyst1+ year of experience as a QA TesterExperience gathering requirements and writing user stories and acceptance criteriaExperience working in Agile environmentsAbility to support complex products and serve as a liaison between technical teams and stakeholdersExperience reviewing business requirements and translating them into testable scenariosExperience supporting data-driven applications, software engineering, or web development projectsFamiliarity with Jira or similar tools for managing user stories, defects, and traceabilityExperience writing detailed test cases, scripts, and scenariosResponsibilities:Gather and document requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteriaAnalyze business requirements and identify testable use casesDevelop and execute test cases, scripts, and scenariosLog, track, and retest defects through resolutionDocument and report testing outcomesCollaborate cross-functionally and act as a liaison for complex initiativesCompensation:The hourly pay range for this position is $55 – $63, depending on experience, skills, and qualifications.Summit Human Capital offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage; a 401(k) retirement plan; and additional benefits in accordance with applicable laws.#J-18808-Ljbffr
